All Reilloc standard chains (excluding Ultraspec 2000 Low Profile) are produced in accordance with the above dimensions. All requisite dimensional tests and examinations are carried out to meet the requirements of DIN 22 252, ISO R610 and British Coal 133.

The allowable tolerances along lengths of a pair of chains are such that possible variation within the pair can far exceed the close matching required on the overall length. Reilloc's policy is to manufacture chains as a pair and maintain this matching through all stages of production so that these variations are minimized. Additional dimensional checking is carried out after all specified inspection has been completed to ensue the chains are matched carefully on a link by link basis.

Accurate matching of chains in this manner provides better load sharing between pairs of chains and consistent scraper bar stability.
